Every attempt is taken to accurately represent artworks that displayed here. Sizes are listed and colours are shown as accurately as possible. However, please do be aware that there may be some slight variations in colours according to which browser, or screen you are using. Where images are shown in a room setting, these images aim to represent the size of artworks appropriately, but please be aware that such images are a guide only - please refer to the product dimensions for exact sizes.

How is payment taken?

You can order online and payment may be made using paypal, or credit card. If you wish to pay by bank transfer instead, please contact me for details at info@suzannewinn.co.uk

How do I order a painting that is at a gallery?

If a painting is with a gallery, this will be shown in the description, together with contact information for the gallery so that you can buy the work through them.

Shipping

When will my artwork arrive?

Your painting will normally be packaged and shipped within 5 working days of receiving your order (often more quickly). Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or a courier depending upon the size and weight. UK delivery with these carriers normally takes 2 working days, so please allow 7 working days for delivery. If you need something more quickly, I will do my best to organise this for you - please contact me to discuss at info@suzannewinn.co.uk There may be an extra charge to you if you need express delivery to meet tight deadlines.

Can I collect a painting from you?

Yes, this is normally possible if you are within the UK and are close enough to visit. I am close to Alton in Hampshire - postcode GU34. Please contact me for details and to arrange a time if you would like to collect your painting.  

Is shipping included?

Free shipping is included within the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, it is possible to ship to most locations. Before you place your order, please email with your address details, and I will get a quote for delivery to you.

Are import duties payable on international orders?

Some countries may levy import duties or taxes onto incoming parcels. I have no control over these, and any such taxes will be payable by you on receipt of your artwork.

What do shipping costs cover?

Shipping costs contribute towards the packaging materials, labour and transit fees.

Returns

What do I do if I don’t like my painting when it arrives?

It is really important to me that you are happy with your artwork, so if you decide that it is not right you have 14 days from receipt to contact me to request a refund. Once we have agreed a refund you are responsible for packaging and return delivery to me, using the same delivery service as was used to deliver the artwork to you. When I have received the artwork back from you, I will make a refund payment to you within 14 days.

What happens if my painting is damaged when I receive it?

All paintings are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of any damage. In the unlikely event of your painting arriving damaged, please contact me directly (within 7 days of delivery) and send me a photograph if possible of the damage. We can determine whether any damage is fixable, or whether a refund is required.

Do you offer Overseas Return / Refunds?

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return for artworks shipped outside of the UK.
